Mirissa, Sri Lanka
While I don’t miss everything about Mirissa, there are many things I do miss: the sunsets, the fresh fish curry, the afternoons in hammocks, the Lion beer, the sight of the little motorbike parked outside on the sand.
I’ll be back in the area soon, to India this time. The trip I’m planning includes Delhi, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pushkar, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi, and a short pit-stop in Goa. From there I’ll head to Nepal, and from there? Who knows. Needless to say, I’m excited.

i am delighted to know you have come across our country among your long list of travels. and even more thrilled to note that it has inspired you more on exploring the world. i have yet to be in el nido myself. but you have definitely convinced me to go 🙂
I’ll be moving to Delhi in march for 1 year. If you are there at that time–or later—we should meet up for a cup of chai 🙂
