Well, I arrived. And the first thing I thought was that Asia feels more like home than North America did – what a strange feeling. And after a good night’s sleep, a ferry ride or two, some sightseeing, and a great Chinese dinner, I am once again realizing just how natural it feels to be doing this, to live almost perpetually on the road. It’s where I belong.

I’m so glad to see you’ve arrived safely and are right back into the natural swing of things.
i love your posts. though they’re short it’s always so insightful and honest. always makes me think.
Yay! I’m so excited for you.
Do you know whereabouts you’ll be in March? Just curious.
Hey, I just discovered your blog!!
I’m a Canadian living in Hong Kong! How long will you be here?
Kisha – Thank you! I do tend to write quite short posts, I think it’s because I never am online for very long; I’m glad you like them, though!
Melissa Sue – Thanks! In March I’ll be in India. Where will YOU be??
Oneika – I’m only here until Tuesday afternoon! I already have a full day planned for Monday; it’s too bad we couldn’t have arranged to meet up! It would have been great to have had a local on my side…
Love those last couple lines. Definitely had some similar feelings on my last trip, even though it was a rough one. Traveling just feels natural. You’re kinda making me want to bolt right now 😛
Thanks, Ekua! You know I’m totally going to advocate bolting. Who needs responsibilities?!
I’m not sure where yet – thinking about back to Cambodia, with a few side trips about SE Asia. Not India though. Close but no cigar 😉
Awesome pix from the plane! HK is know to be a heaven for shoppers and foodies–seems like you got to enjoy it!
Thanks Xin! I did indeed have a good time…
