Lisbon, Portugal
Last night I drank port with a Portuguese friend, and we shared our experiences of Lisbon. We agreed on the necessary long walks through Bairro Alto, the necessary fado bars in Alfama, the necessary fish markets near the sea.
I don’t always love the photos I take, but there are a few countries where I felt so happy with all of the pictures I took; I suppose some countries are more photogenic than others. Portugal was definitely one of them, as were Japan, Russia, Morocco, Vietnam, Greece, Ireland, Turkey, and France. What is your favourite place to photograph?

My favourite place to photograph? My home. I thought living in a foreign country might be a photography dream, and while there are many new things to see, I definitely miss photographing that place I’ve photographed every nook and cranny of already.
Yes, that’s how I felt about Japan, because that was my home for so many years. That being said, I think I am going to go camera-crazy in India!

Oh, Vancouver is lovely! If I ever live in Canada again I think I’d choose Vancouver or Montreal.

I suggest the blowers to visit the Tile museum in Lisbon , as you know tiles are in the Portuguese culture century ago , every Portuguese as to have them in there house , even a small one.
