Making Plans

I have been feeling so restless lately. This is partially due to the fact that we have barely left the Tokyo apartment for a full week, venturing out only to stroll in Yoyogi Park, shop in Harajuku, or dine on sushi in Ikebukuro. When I feel restless I do one of two things- plan trips and make lists. Today I did both.

1. visit Kamakura and Kinkakuji in May
2. visit Fukuoka in June
3. visit Hiroshima in July
4. visit The Philippines in August
5. visit South Korea this summer (month unknown)
6. visit Wakayama and Kobe beaches whenever possible this summer
7. visit Winnipeg, Toronto, Halifax and Phoenix this autumn to see family
8. visit Australia in December
9. visit Israel in the next year (provided my sister Zalie is there)
10. visit Nikko, Hokkaido, and Nagano in the next year
11. visit China, Mongolia, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Laos, and possibly India, Nepal and Bhutan in the next 18 months
