Pai, Thailand
I loved Pai. In fact, I really liked most of Thailand. Most of Laos and Vietnam and Malaysia, too. I loved Cambodia. One might say I am a bit of a Southeast Asia junkie – I can’t seem to get enough, and what I do get, I adore.
As much as I have loved Melbourne, loved its music, its street art, its AFL, its coffee, its chicken parmigianas/vanilla slices/meat pies/fill-in-the-blank-typical-Victoria-food, its wonderful company… I can’t wait to get back to Asia.
Plans are changing every day, but it seems as though I might be calling Asia home again sooner than I previously thought. Teaching English in Korea? Becoming a dive instructor in the Perhentians? Working at a guesthouse in Cambodia??

Thank you!
You should come to Korea fo’ Sur’! 🙂
Teaching English in Korea was a blast! Highly recommend it.
Yeah, Korea is amazing so far! I can really see myself living here for a bit – I taught English in Japan for over two years, so I think I’d feel right at home…
Hey! I’ve read through your blog for a while now but never commented. Anyways, I am currently in Pai and went to the bar that the first picture is of. Immediately when I got there I told myself I have seen this pic online somewhere and it was driving me insane, lol. Then it struck me this morning that your site is where I saw. Thanks for the mini deja vu!
Hah, that’s great! Hope you love Pai as much as I did…
