Is it just me, or do this goat and I have scarily similar facial expressions in each photo?
It was in India that I decided that one day I’d really like to own a goat; I stayed with this little guy for the better part of an hour. I actually have spent a lot of time with animals during my travels (that reminds me, I have to get rabies shots before I head to South America…….) – do you have any funny stories involving animals from your travels?
*Just realized this was a fitting post on Groundhog Day!

Adorable, btw the you have the most beautiful color of eyes!!! I’ve actually bonded with quite a few animals on the road — usually dogs.
Goats are so weirdly adorable — and they’re pretty much the only thing that can control the invasive species Kudzu (I think it’s from Japan! Ha!) here in the dirty south.
I bonded with quite a few dogs in Costa Rica… and thought for a moment that my friend and I were about to get attacked by a wild horse. (Turns out it was harmless — I’m just terrified of horses.) Oh, and I definitely bonded with some monkeys: http://domestiphobia.net/2010/10/28/people-say-we-monkey-around/
I’d love to go somewhere like the Galapagos where you can see all kinds of unusual creatures!
Andi – Thank you so much! And I agree, dogs are so easy to bond with…
Katie – Yes, goats are weirdly adorable, I totally fell in love with them in India! I really hope I get to the Galapagos one day, too…
Haha my friend & I got charged by a baby donkey in the petting area of a zoo in Germany! It nearly knocked me over!
Ha ha! I love donkeys but I guess they can be quite aggressive!
Very cute! I love your expressions!
Thanks, Christine! I like that the goat and I literally have the same expression in each photo…
[…] And then a scarf! Also that goat and I had exactly the same facial expression in every shot […]
