I am in Varanasi now, and once again there are few words to describe what I am feeling, what I am seeing, what I am thinking. I have spent the last two days on the ghats, watching people bathe and pray and work and live and die; it has been a humbling and reflective time for me, one that I know I will look back on as if it were a dream. There are only a few places in the 58 countries I’ve been to that have moved me so spiritually, and I am trying to capture the calm and the peacefulness I feel here so to practice it whenever I want.
My apologies again for such a short post. I am staying in a hostel in Delhi in a few days which apparently has free wi-fi, so prepare to be bombarded with photos and videos of all that I have been experiencing.

I’m currently planning a trip to India and I’m loving these older posts from your trip there! I’m planning to do the Golden Triangle and either Amritsar or Varanasi. I don’t think I will have enough time for both, sadly. Did you prefer one over the other? I’m having such a difficult time choosing, so any input would be appreciated! Thanks!
